This is the Lotus Esprit Submarine car seen in the 1977 James Bond movie, The Spy Who Loved Me. This is a papercraft model.
Paper models are fun to do and take a different skill set then traditional models. They are especially fun and good to build during the winter months when painting outside is not possible due to the cold weather. Also there are a lot of subjects in paper that you can't get in styrene. As it turns out this specific kit was released unknown to me about a month after I built this.
