Posting With Trepidation! Airfix 1:180 Great Western

So, those of you who know me know that I am not a patient builder. If a project takes longer than a week I tend to lose interest.

So it is with some trepidation that I thought I would share this current build. This is a vintage classic from Airfix was first released in 1966/67 and although a lot of the parts are still molded well, this is known as a bit of a dog.

This will also be my first ship build that has sails ad rigging.

This build will take a lot longer than a week, so other smaller builds will be done at the same time, with this kit being worked on intermittently.

16" mate. Well, the hull is, so it will be a bit longer when the bow sprit is added.
