1/32 Tamiya F-15C

Got quite a bit done on this kit also have the Tamiya F-15E kit as well. Did the intake first which was fun to do.

Anyone know what color this harness would be hobby paint wise so I can replicate it on the kits pilot figure? Tamiya calls out dark green which doesn't look like it looks more like a grayish green.

Colorblind dude me is of no help on the color, and man that is a big plane kit

I have the Beaver tail and ECM fairings installed on the fuselage along with the cover plates on the bottom for the screws.

Gun bay door in and the door operates just don't have the vulcan cannon built and painted yet to put into the bay. Wings are glued and installed just trying to work on puttying the seams on the wing roots. I got this kit second hand and didn't realize there were F-15E parts mixed and had to get new sprues but this will give me the opportunity to put the F-15E's bulged main gear doors on as those were present on later F-15C's. It is odd though on the F-15E kit that they include the bulged main gear doors but not the wider tires that necessitated the change to the main gear doors in the first place?

Bulged main gear doors and other parts attached. Now it's starting to look more like a F-15 I'll be waiting to work on the front end when my 3D decals show up. I ordered the Quintas decals set and the Red fox set now it would be nice if the Red Fox set will work with the Revell kit as I want a nicer looking cockpit.

Started working on the crew figures as I'll probably use one of them in the Revell kit.
