If you could only save one model or print ...

Okay, not really.

But if you could only keep one model or print/print-file that you currently have ...

Which would it be? Would it be a grail kit? Expensive? Rare? Pure nostalgia? Already built? Forever in box?

I'll begin ...

This is a 1:2 Gorgon (Medusa) bust I bought from Black Heart Models. The snakes attach by magnets. Currently $350 USD which I had to save up for a while. Solid cast and HEAVY.

I have no idea how to paint it, and am most certainly not ready yet. But someday ... maybe it could look like this.

That is a sharp print. WOW

That is an awesome bust and that is a perfect reason to keep that Chris.

I am not sure I have a bunch of "grail kits" I am getting rid of so really not attached to the plastic anymore. I think the one build I would keep is Krampus he is by far the best thing I have painted so far.

Have you seen Jeff Camp's Tutorial?

Martin Garratt also did one on the classic Medusa bust

It would be my Cylon raider. An old monogram kit. I worked with my brother on it. He found some Cylons that we modified so the eye scanner would go back and forth like in the show.

My mum passed away back in 2008. She was a HUGE BSG & BRTC25 fan (and helped lay the foundation for my love on SCI-FI as a whole).
As a tribute to her, I decided to build this diorama. The launch bay is a redesigned Colonial Viper launch bay (to accommodate the Thunder Fighter). The Thunder Fighter (in BSG livery) being prepared for launch. The female figure represents my mum. The other components are (either) redesigned or repurposed for this diorama.
The entire diorama is made from 110# paper/cardstock. It diorama is in 1:32 scale.
