I've never built a Meng kit before, but I'm pleased with the way it's going together so far. Instructions are good and indicate which order to do things in the fiddly bits, so you don't build yourself into a corner. Parts fit nicely and often will only fit one way so I don't do my usual and have a piece the wrong way round.
The chassis is mostly together and painted, and the cab interior and exterior are mostly painted, so I can assemble things. Not much detail in the cab, but it's going to be really hard to see anything anyway.
